Excellent location, close to old town and beach. Friendly staff, especially Miguel at reception. Complimentary shuttle to Dona Ana beach. Stunning view from balcony and rooftop pool.

The hotel had a very clean room with good toiletries and a comfortable bed. the view of the harbor was great. the hotel's location next to the bus station and within walking distance of the train depot was convenient. Parking next door was affordable at only 1 euro per day.

The customer service at the hotel was not satisfactory. One of the staff members refused to refill my reusable bottle despite the availability of a water filter machine nearby.

The location was perfect, close to the marina and a short walk to the rest of town. The room was excellent and had a disabled accessible bathroom, exactly what we needed. The hotel had great access to everything, including a 5-minute walk from the train station. The views were gorgeous, and we enjoyed the pool and lounger area on the top floor. The staff was welcoming and provided helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and common areas was impressive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Plus, having an espresso machine in the room was a nice bonus.

The staff here are exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the terrace with its garden furniture and the free Wi-Fi in our room. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was super comfortable, with a warm and cozy atmosphere even during the winter. It was also surprisingly quiet, despite overlooking the bus station. The location was perfect, especially for those arriving or leaving by bus or train. Additionally, it was conveniently close to a supermarket.

We loved the location of this place. Right across the street from the marina, it was very convenient for us to take boat tours and enjoy the view from our balcony. The bus station was also just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and no request was too much for them. The hotel does not offer airport transfers, which made it difficult for us to catch an early morning flight.
